Airy, is seeking a Medical Front Desk Associate (Full‑Time) to join our team. Abilities Initiating Action – Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; going beyond what is required; being proactive. Stress Tolerance – Maintaining stable performance under pressure; handling stress in a manner acceptable to others and the organization. Customer Focus – Effectively meeting customer needs, building productive relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Planning and Organizing – Establishing courses of action to ensure work is completed efficiently. Building Trust – Interacting in a way that gives others confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑starter who adapts to departmental changes when necessary. Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish). Strong computer and customer service skills. Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
