On-Site Services Specialist

On-Site Services Specialist Holyoke, MA (onsite) 12+Month Contract

We are hiring an On-Site Services Specialist for a 12-month contract starting immediately. This position supports high-volume print, copy, scanning, mail, shipping, and general office operations. The role also provides basic equipment support, document management, and light facility services while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment and related software.
• Perform copying, binding, finishing, quality control, and final document checks.
• Open, save, transfer, and manage files using Microsoft Office, email, and document management systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and apply postage as needed.
• Ship and receive materials and distribute mail, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated locations.
• Monitor copier performance, perform daily inspections, clear paper jams, restock supplies, and report equipment issues.
• Maintain service logs, meter readings, inventory records, billing logs, and other required documentation.
• Respond to customer requests, answer questions regarding job status, and coordinate service calls.
• Perform filing, document archiving, and records management tasks.
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment, including paper cutters, hole drills, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, scales, fax machines, postage meters, and related office equipment.
• Assist with meeting room and conference room setup, office moves, light maintenance, re-lamping, and occasional cleaning duties as assigned.
• Travel between buildings, when required, to deliver materials or provide support.
• Perform other assigned duties and work occasional overtime, including evenings, weekends, or emergency response when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 12 years of related experience in print, copy, mailroom, or office support preferred.
• Experience operating high-volume copy, print, scanning, or document imaging equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic PC applications.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, mathematical, and filing skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 5055 lbs. and push or pull equipment on wheels when necessary.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and travel between buildings if required.
• Ability to work occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Must successfully complete the required background check, 10-panel drug screening, and provide required vaccination and health documentation prior to start.
