Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact licensure).
• Recent experience in an acute care Operating Room setting.
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical procedures.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and additional specialty certifications preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective care in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.
• Support surgeons and anesthesia teams with instrument preparation and patient positioning.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols.
