Associate Director, Oncology Genomics & AI Data Science

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to lead Translational Genome Analytics within the Data, AI & Genome Sciences Department. This role focuses on mining molecular data to inform decisions across an expanding oncology pipeline. You will analyze large multi-modal datasets (RNAseq, WES/WGS, imaging, proteomics) and apply deep learning to identify novel biomarkers predictive of outcomes.
