Key Responsibilities Support land development strategy execution, including zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Land Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Environmental, Fiber, and Construction Assist in managing due diligence activities such as site feasibility, regulatory assessments, and risk identification Track project milestones and ensure deliverables align with development schedules Support preparation and review of development agreements, utility coordination, and permitting documentation Liaise with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), municipalities, and utility providers Contribute to integrated project planning and documentation using tools like MS Project and SharePoint Assist in contract administration, budget tracking, and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in land development, site development, or related consulting work Working knowledge of land use planning, zoning regulations, permitting processes, and utility coordination Exposure to project management practices and stakeholder coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center development projects Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional permitting and land use processes Understanding of construction methods and site development practices Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset Location Remote Salary Range The salary for this position is between $165K–$175K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
