Participate in management team meetings/liliInterface with vendors and key service users within client organization/liliWorks with the Catering Managers in preparing performance objectives and evaluating the service staff/liliCollaborates with clients and the Catering Managers regarding proper set-up, event execution, and resetting for the day/evening/liliMust work directly with food production to ensure proper portioning and production needs are met/li/ulpIdeal candidate experience:/pulliAt least 2 years providing excellent one on one customer service in hospitality, food service or retail environments./liliPrevious experience supervising others/liliServSafe Certification/liliDemonstrates experience using basic computer software, previous knowledge of Cater Trax or a similar catering software and Google Suite a plus/li/ulpKey accountabilities:/pulliFollow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents/liliComply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and principles/liliManage and update Cater Trax catering software per client requests/liliWorks with the Catering Managers in the preparation of performance objectives and evaluation of the service staff/liliMonitor team performance and provide regular feedback while ensuring knowledge of food menus and specialty promotions/liliEnsure all events are set up and broken down according to the site standards and are delivered for accuracy and presentation that is both appealing and logical to the user/liliManage catering inventory/liliRespond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner/liliConstant communication with the team and management regarding any guest special needs/liliSupports the operation, if needed, by assisting with service delivery/li/ulpPhysical demands work environments:/pulliWork up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks/liliMust be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs/liliCome to work properly dressed according to the dress code/liliEmployee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods/li/ulpHSEQ compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
