Clinical Nurse - Acute Medicine - Day Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing care standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Development and documentation of individualized care plans are essential, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
