SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Fusco Personnel is partnering with a well-established, privately held wealth management firm to identify an experienced Senior Accountant for a direct-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working across multiple business entities in a collaborative, stable environment with long-term growth potential.

Our client oversees a diverse portfolio of businesses, including wealth management, real estate rentals and construction, equipment leasing, and tax services. This position reports directly to the Head of Accounting and plays a key role in supporting financial operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and perform reconciliations for multiple business entities.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports, reconcile intercompany transactions, and support audits.
• Assist leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.
• Coordinate with external accountants and help improve accounting processes.
• Provide accounting support for rental property operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with multiple entities preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Simple tax preparation experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000 , based on experience.
