REGISTERED NURSE

As a Hospice Registered Nurse with Addus Family company, you will deliver compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes. You’ll complete assessments, develop individualized care plans, manage pain and symptoms, and provide skilled nursing care in collaboration with physicians, social workers, and spiritual care providers. You will educate and support patients and families on disease progression, medications, and comfort measures, while documenting care in EMRs and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role thrives in Addus’ client-centered culture, emphasizing dignity, teamwork, and continuous learning, with training and growth opportunities across home and community-based service lines.
