In this role, you will work alongside carpenters and concrete finishers to construct telecommunications structures. You'll gain valuable field experience in a fast-paced construction environment where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities.The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.Essential Responsibilities:Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructureAssist in the installation of concrete formworkLoad, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sitesOperate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support construction activitiesSupport site preparation activities and general maintenanceHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirementsRequirements:Current OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain the certification shortly after hirePrior experience in construction or residential building projectsExperience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferredAbility to lift up to 70 lbs.Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a team playerKnowledge of hand and power tools is preferredValid driver's licenseMust pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testingWork Conditions:Monday to Friday working from 7 am to 3pm, working 8 hours per day, overtime rates apply after 40 hours worked per weekPotential overtime hours may be required per project requirementsLiving out allowanceWork in all weather conditionsMust be willing and able to travelHealth and wellness benefits, plus 401(k) matchingLedcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
