Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate long-haul dry van freight for HMD Trucking out of Springfield, MO, running solo OTR assignments across the country. Drivers run company-owned, late-model equipment (under three years) featuring APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers, with in-house maintenance support to reduce downtime.

Primary duties:

• Safely operate your CDL-A truck, complete deliveries on time, and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections, secure cargo and report mechanical concerns.
