Robotic Welder Now hiring. Location: Chandler, AZ. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; 3rd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of robotic welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Experience operating automated welding systems and robotic weld cells. Knowledge of MIG welding processes and welding fundamentals. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings. Experience performing quality inspections and using precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Operate robotic welding cells and automated welding equipment safely and efficiently. Load and position metal components, fixtures, and assemblies into robotic weld stations. Monitor robotic welding operations to ensure proper weld quality and machine performance. Perform weld inspections and verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections for defects such as porosity, undercutting, incomplete welds, and distortion. Utilize measuring devices including calipers, tape measures, gauges, and other inspection tools. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and technical drawings. Make basic machine adjustments and identify process issues affecting weld quality. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic welding equipment.
