You will experience these qualities of passion, pride and aspiration in many ways — from a rich set of career development programs to support of community service projects to social events that foster fun and relationship building across our global community.The RoleThe DMS Product Management is a key strategic role at DGM responsible for driving product strategy and execution for DGMs Distribution Management System (DMS) Suite, encompassing all facets of advanced applications within the distribution space. The DMS product suite contains several operationally critical applications for distribution utilities. A few examples are Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Fault Location Isolation and Restoration (FLISR), Volt Var Control/Optimization (VVC/O), Feeder Reconfiguration (FR), and Fault Protection Analysis (FPA). The DMS Product Manager role is a core component of DGM's ADMS product suite and works closely with the OMS, SOM, Mobile, and DERMS product managers. The person in this position will work with a variety of Digital Grid Management (DGM) stakeholders to drive successful product initiatives and lead customer advisory events where product managers work closely with customer advisory groups to solicit feedback, perform proof of concept work, and drive product roadmaps.Your ImpactDefine the short-term and long-term roadmap for DGM's DMS product suiteAnalyze customer requirements and design product strategy and direction based on overarching industry needsSupport industry engagement strategy by developing content and participation in key trade shows, special events and conferencesManage internal business initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability and success in a growing and dynamic industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to educate them on the value they can drive in their business through utilizing DMS advanced applicationsMonitor competitive landscape and identify trendsGain in-depth knowledge in specific areas and manage complex situations and critical projectsCollaborate with other Product Managers, Development Leads, Product Engineers and Subject Matter Expert teams across the various Product Suites to drive continuous improvementsWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field5+ years of technical experience utilizing the AspenTech OSI monarch platformAbility to travel (Approximately 20%)Experience conducting presentations to internal teams, external stakeholders, and/or industry eventsExcellent prioritization and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWork AuthorizationAspenTech will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1(including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.The salary range for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,700.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
