In Partnership with a leading manufacturer in Oxford, AL to hire experienced Sheet Metal Operators . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) , and profit-sharing opportunities .

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications
• Select, cut, shape, bend, and form sheet metal components
• Operate press brakes, rollers, and other fabrication equipment
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper tolerances
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and machine safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of sheet metal fabrication or assembly experience preferred
• Experience operating fabrication equipment and hand tools
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
