Student Ministry Worship Leader (Oakley)

Job Summary The Student Ministry Worship Leader oversees all aspects of weekend worship, collaborating with Crossroads Students site support to create and execute worship vision and enhance student services. The role leads worship team leaders and facilitates regular training and development for team members, driving growth and excellence. Responsibilities Provide oversight of the worship team, vision, spaces, and overall worship experiences. Sustain recruitment and development of volunteers for the worship team. Coordinate and execute onboarding of new volunteers with appropriate leaders. Plan and conduct ongoing training sessions with team leaders and members. Develop expectations and standards for volunteers and teams; hold them accountable. Coach team leaders through weekly coaching and hands‑on leadership. Provide care and support for team leaders, including motivation and investment. Grow team and leaders spiritually and numerically; hold regular 1:1 meetings. Maintain a strong grasp of weekly programming and content. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities in deadline‑intensive situations. Flourish in a creative team environment while operating independently. Experience building volunteer teams and leading them to excellent execution. Excellent interpersonal skills in both technical and non‑technical settings. Background in designing services and managing details. Proficient in Planning Center Online and Multitracks. Perform effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints. Available to work evenings, weekends, and long hours. Physical Requirements Walk up to 3 miles. Lift up to 25 lbs.
