We are seeking an After Hours- National Accounts Representative in Richardson, TX to support operations by delivering excellent customer service and managing work orders after hours. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, affiliates, and internal teams while communicating effectively through phone and email. You will dispatch, track, and update work orders in the Great Plains system, ensure timely completion, follow up on inspections, and coordinate proposals, reports, and invoices. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support to management, maintaining accurate documentation, and reporting on work order status and call analysis. The position reports to the Afterhours Supervisor, may require occasional overtime, and requires relevant experience or education along with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and/or 2 years of related experience

• Computer skills with varying software like the Great Plains system

• Must have availability for weekend shifts

Hours: Monday – Sunday, 6 PM – 8 AM CST as the scheduled shifts vary
