• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home care

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with licensed physical therapists

• Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Provide patient education and training on proper techniques and exercises to perform at home

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or working towards certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field preferred
