Your work will enable researchers/analysts/traders to leverage the most advanced AI algorithms efficiently and productively in their day-to-day workflow. ObjectivesDesign, develop, and deploy high-performance solutions to modernize our Alpha and AI infrastructure.Work with the researchers to define priorities, deliver new functionalities, optimize, and maintain day-to-day productions.Stay at the frontier of open-source engineering/AI solutions and adapt them for internal use.Skills and Preferred QualificationsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsStrong development skills in Python and C++Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace) and a demonstrated passion for leveraging AI and engineering excellence to make big impact in quantitative finance.Bonus PointsExperience working across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production.Experience building high-performance infrastructure.Experience building LLM applications with open-source projects, or other orchestration frameworks.Experience with information retrieval systems, semantic search, etc.Experience with classical NLP toolsAbout Citadel SecuritiesCitadel Securities is a technology-driven, next-generation global market maker.
