2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Tuesday - Saturday)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Fleet Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned fleet equipment, including tractors and trailers. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability. No CDL required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and scheduled maintenance on fleet equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete minor and major repairs on tractors, trailers, diesel, and gas-powered vehicles
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records as required
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles
- Previous fleet maintenance, diesel mechanic, heavy-duty vehicle repair experience, or technical/trade school training preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and ability to pass annual PM certification requirements
- Ability to safely perform all essential job duties
- Must provide a complete set of hand tools
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, vehicle electrical systems, and mechanical diagnostics
- Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components and fleet equipment repair
- Proficiency with maintenance tools, repair equipment, and diagnostic processes
- Basic computer and electronic systems knowledge
