Dog grooming receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a Dog Grooming Receptionist to support the grooming salon owner and coordinate appointments for all salon services. This role manages front-desk and retail support, welcomes clients and pets, facilitates check-in and check-out, processes payments, and maintains accurate client records.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for all salon services.
Check in clients and pets upon arrival.
Provide phone support and assist clients with appointment needs.
Manage front-desk and retail support operations.
Complete pet intake and collect relevant client information.
Process payments and support client check-out.
Maintain accurate client records.
Keep front grooming area tidy (Vacuuming hair and cleaning up dog messes )

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in the animal industry and/or reception.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with customer relationship management.
Cash-handling experience.
Knowledge of pet care.
Strong customer service skills.
