Travel MICU RN - $2,277 per week

Job Overview Level III Trauma Center MICU RN. 36 hrs weekly, Days/Eve/Nights & Every Other Weekend. Floating required; primarily Medical/Surgical units. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adult patients with complex diagnoses: substance abuse/overdose, severe psychiatric disorders, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, cardiogenic shock. Maintain RN to patient ratio 1:2 or 1:1 in MICU; 1:4 or 1:5 when floated. Care under attendings and residents present 24/7. Read telemetry strips and use EPIC charting. Perform additional duties as required in ICU, med‑surg, and telemetry areas. Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license. Minimum 2+ years of continuous Adult ICU experience, preferably MICU. Telemetry competency required. BLS and ACLS certifications. Ability to read telemetry strips. Schedule & Rotation 36 hours per week: Days, Evenings, Nights, Every Other Weekend. Day positions rotate among 7a‑7p, 11a‑11p, or 7p‑7a shifts as needed; night shift does not rotate. Floating to different Med/Surg units up to 4‑5 patients. Unit Information 20‑bed Level III Trauma Center ICU, serving a 400+ bed community hospital with 220 Med‑Surg beds.
