Lead efforts for process improvement, automation, and optimization within SAP modules and business processes.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Over 10 years of proven experience as an SAP developer, with a focus on diverse implementations in SAP modules (Experience in high tech and semiconductor sectors is a significant advantage).3. In-depth and advanced knowledge of SAP development tools across various SAP modules.4. Mastery of SAP development life cycles and standards.5. Expertise in ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, CDS views, with extensive development and transportation system experience.Desired Qualifications and Experience:1. Exceptional ability to comprehend and translate complex functional requirements into advanced developments. Proven experience in leading complex developments.2. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for effective leadership in cross-functional teams.3. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities in SAP development processes.4. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and practices.5. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support projects and solution requirements.6. SAP certification(s) in SAP Development is highly advantageous.
