Laborer

Job Description Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Laborer to join our Water Resources Operations Team. Position: Laborer Reports to: Foreman Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas. Lift, carry, and handle construction materials, tools, and supplies. Perform routine non-machine tasks, including removing forms, filling excavations, placing pipe sections in trenches, and assembling pipe. Assist with machine‑related tasks such as compacting soil, operating a jackhammer, and supporting pipe fusion activities. Follow instructions from supervisors and safely implement construction plans. Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and jobsite procedures. Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Qualifications Previous construction or heavy civil experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and participate in company‑provided training. Must successfully pass a Level 2 background clearance. Must possess reliable transportation and own a vehicle to travel to assigned jobsites. Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
