• License/Certifications: CA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified in Family/Internal Medicine
• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide internal medicine care to adult patients, averaging 18 patients per day
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management plans
• Collaborate with support staff, including RNs and medical assistants
• Document encounters using Epic EMR system
• Adhere to clinic protocols and best practices
• Support behavioral health initiatives on-site as needed
• Assist with patient education and preventative care

What You Need

• CA Medical License with DEA certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to clinic schedules and workflows

About the Assignment

This opportunity is with Venice Family Clinic, an affiliate of UCLA, operating across 11 main sites throughout Los Angeles near Venice Beach. The selected provider will be based at 1-2 locations to ensure reasonable commuting and provide comprehensive adult primary care services in a busy, well-supported outpatient environment.
