Our model provides centralized services like intake, scheduling, billing, and technology so therapists can spend more time in session and less time managing administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentationManage an average caseload of:~25 sessions per week (full-time)~15 sessions per week (part-time)Collaborate with internal clinical team membersCoordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriateParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunitiesRequired Credentials:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health fieldActive Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planningPreferred Experience:Use of creative or integrative therapeutic approachesWork with children, adolescents, or familiesCouples or family therapy experienceFamiliarity with community resources and insurance-based careCompensation & Benefits:Hourly base pay plus percentage of collected reimbursementFee-for-service compensation modelPaid time off and benefits for eligible employeesFlexible scheduling structureAccess to continuing education resources (CEU library)Opportunities for internal involvement and team initiativesThis role reports to the Clinical Director and Associate Clinical Director.Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hourDon't Meet Every Requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
