It operates a fully integrated global commodities business that is able to offer services to clients spanning derivatives risk management and advisory, physical trading and logistics and structured finance products.The RoleThe US Power Trading desk is looking for an experienced trader.The Commodities US Power trading desk markets in a variety of US power markets and works with a range of corporate clients primarily located across North America. On a day-to-day basis, team members will be expected to price and execute derivatives transactions, stay connected with market events across commodity markets, and work with the wider team to support and build the overall business.Responsibilities / Qualifications:Trade short term physical and financial powerManage cash, short-term and medium-term trading positions riskExecuting and booking of flow-based and structured trades across power marketsUnderstanding commodities market fundamentals and trends and communicating information succinctly to salespeople and clientsOther QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years trading experienceExperience in Power trading, basis trading and PJM preferredProficiency in Python and VBA required
