Public Sector and Redevelopment Attorney

Overview McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team, focusing on municipal government and redevelopment work. This role involves advising public bodies on issues relating to redevelopment, public contracting, procurement, affordable housing, and public finance, as well as guiding redevelopment projects involving contract negotiation, land use, tax incentives, and structured financing. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, attending public meetings, and managing multiple projects. Commitment to teamwork, willingness to take on significant responsibility, and ability to engage regularly with clients and attend day and evening meetings.
