Entry-Level Transportation Logistics Representative

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our operations team in an entry-level role. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in logistics with on-the-job training and clear paths for advancement.

Benefits

• Competitive starting salary: $40,000 per year ($19.23 per hour)
• No prior experience required — comprehensive on-the-job training provided
• 5 days PTO + 5 days Sick Time
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (5-day work week)
• Growth opportunities leading to a Logistics Coordinator position after training

Job Responsibilities

• Good communication skills
• Heavy phone and email communication
• Perform general office and operations support duties
• Handle high-volume communication with internal teams, carriers, and partners
• Team environment
• Assist the team in building and maintaining new and existing carrier relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong phone and email communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active office environment
