Location: Irving, TX Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Role: Analyse financial and revenue-cycle data to identify opportunities to improve cash flow, revenue and operational performance across healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Standardise and manage financial/revenue-cycle reporting. Analyse performance, productivity and financial metrics. Identify opportunities to improve revenue and cash flow. Develop financial models, benchmarks and performance tools. Support strategic initiatives and measure results. Prepare analysis and reports for leadership. Collaborate with corporate and facility teams. Requirements: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Ability to synthesise data from multiple sources.
