Your duties include: Ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans. Conducting resident assessments. Acting as a team leader and advocating for residents. Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Qualifications Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow will be considered.
