What You’ll Do:

• Architect the Future: Build AI-first systems that understand and rewrite legacy code across languages, frameworks, and platforms.
• Solve the Impossible: Tackle ambiguous, moonshot problems with no playbook—and invent the tools to solve them.
• Work Across the Stack: Touch everything from low-level system design to distributed infrastructure to model orchestration.
• Build AI-Native Systems: Integrate machine learning and LLMs into robust, production-grade pipelines.
• Lead and Influence: Drive strategy, mentor peers, and shape a high-performance engineering culture from day one.

What You Bring:

• Deep Technical Fluency: You’ve built real systems at scale. You’re fluent in at least a few languages (Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.) and aren’t scared of learning more.
• ML/AI Experience: Solid grounding in ML, statistics, or LLM applications - ideally with experience training or deploying models.
• Startup Energy + Big Thinker: You thrive in ambiguous environments and love taking big bets on the future.
• Full-Stack Versatility: You’re equally comfortable designing system architecture, shipping backend code, and iterating on ML models.
• Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working with other sharp thinkers to push each other and the product further.

Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000 base (Or competitive offer) + benefits and Equity
