Role Overview

Provide primary/acute care to adult employees of the City of South Burlington
Outpatient employee health clinic setting
All adult patients
Perform work related physicals, assessments, and treatment plans

Requirements

Board certified Family NP (ANCC or AANP)
Active Vermont NP license
DEA required
2+ years primary care NP experience
