Job Title: Distribution Warehouse Worker
Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Warehouse Worker to join a chemical manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including handling materials, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory management in a safe and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas
• Prepare and stage outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
• Receive incoming materials and verify against shipping documentation
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (as qualified)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, especially in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience and/or certification preferred
• Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
This position is located in a chemical manufacturing facility and requires adherence to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
