Certified Surgical Technologist / First Assist (CST) – OR Tech
Facility: La Paz Hospital
Location: Parker, AZ
Department: Operating Room / Surgical Services
Duration: 14 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
End Date: 09/05/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-hour days
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract Type: Allied Health / OR Tech
$55 – $57 per hour
Weekly Pay: $2,200 – $2,280/week
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
BLS Certification required
First Assist experience preferred/required
Operating Room experience required
Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation required
Ability to assist during surgical procedures required
Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
Assist surgeons during procedures as CST/First Assist
Maintain sterile surgical environment
Handle surgical instruments and supplies
Support patient safety during perioperative care
Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia staff
Ensure proper documentation and equipment readiness
