Production Planner - Precision Machining
TekPro
We're seeking a Production Planner / Scheduler to manage daily production scheduling and job flow within a high-mix, low-volume precision machining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
- Coordinate workflow through CNC machining, inspection, and secondary operations
- Monitor job status, identify delays, and adjust schedules as needed
- Review work orders, routings, materials, and estimated run times
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data including schedules, work orders, and job updates
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Support capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or production control experience
- Experience in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, aerospace, or medical device preferred
- Strong ERP/MRP experience
