This role is for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career in a specialized market with real income-growth potential. We focus on commercial trucking and transportation insurance. The right candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, professional with clients, and willing to learn the insurance process from application to quote to payment support and long-term account relationships. Key Responsibilities Sell and service commercial trucking insurance to new and existing clients. Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and ask for referrals. Build relationships with owner-operators and small fleet owners. Collect accurate information for applications, quotes, payments, and policy changes. Work with timelines and follow up consistently to meet sales goals. Provide professional customer service for questions, claims direction, and account needs. Follow underwriting guidelines and agency procedures accurately. Qualifications Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone voice, strong listening skills, and positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-up without being micromanaged. Computer proficient and able to adapt to new systems and workflows. Insurance or sales experience helpful, but not required for the right candidate. Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
