ProCare Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist in San Jose, CA!
Ready for a new school-based opportunity in the Bay Area? ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team serving an elementary caseload for the current 2026–2027 school year .

Position Highlights

Caseload: Elementary students
Schedule: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $60+/hour , based on experience
Current 2026–2027 school year
Collaborative school-based team
Work directly with students to support participation, independence, and success in the school environment
ProCare support throughout the hiring and onboarding process
California OT Requirements
Candidates must have:
Active California Occupational Therapist license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
Required OT education and supervised fieldwork
Successful completion of the NBCOT examination
Ability to meet California Board of Occupational Therapy licensing requirements (Board of Occupational Therapy)
Good to know: California does not currently require OTs working in public schools to hold a separate CTC services credential. (Physical Therapy Board of California)
