Compensation Good Faith Pay Range Base compensation: $2600 per month Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealerships compensation plan. 60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process. Build relationships with customers before and after the sale. Follow up on dealership leads and referrals. Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
