What We Provide (Perks & Compensation)

• Strong Earning Potential: The Guardian Financial Representative (FR) contract includes a baseline draw starting at $24,000 . Inexperienced FRs earn an average of $90,000 to $100,000 per year during their first four years (includes first-year and renewal commissions; renewals begin in year two).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Consultation: Partnering with clients to deeply understand their financial goals, concerns, and current financial situations.
• Strategy Development: Analyzing financial data to design customized strategies using appropriate products and services.
• Portfolio Building: Developing and maintaining a loyal base of clients who value your professional input and guidance.
• Relationship Management: Reviewing and updating clients' financial strategies over time to keep them aligned with changing goals, building relationships that last for years.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong, professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
• Licensing: Relevant industry licenses, or a willingness to obtain required securities and insurance registrations (e.g., FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses).
