Prep, cook, and plate food you're genuinely proud of, every shift. Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized, and work as one team, because none of us succeeds without all of us. Health, safety, and sanitation standards aren't a checklist here; they're the craft.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
