The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret ClearanceExperience in project management/ execution and closeoutExperience in Earned Value ManagementThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience managing people, such as daily functional leadership of a team of ~10-15 employees with capacity to lead and support a team of ~50 employeesStrong understanding of the impact of decision-making on organizational objectives, emphasizing accountability and foresightAbility to demonstrate independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesProgram Management experience within the Aerospace and Defense industryFamiliarity with the Deterrence missionActive S or TS clearanceCurrent/Active Special Program Access (SAP)CAM or IPT leadership with proficiency managing project costs and schedules effectivelyPrimary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
