Available Shifts: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Full-Time or Part-Time Pay, Benefits and Perks of Registered Nurse (RN): $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates! Pay Rate: Starting pay $40 and increases based off experience. Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Differential Pay Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only) 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN): Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Valid CPR certification Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
