As a Customer Sales Coordinator , you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in HVAC services. You'll learn what they need, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the right in-home appointment with one of our Comfort Advisors. This isn't traditional sales. You're not cold calling or closing HVAC sales over the phone. You're helping customers take the next step.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in HVAC services.
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in-home appointments.
• Match customers with the appropriate Comfort Advisor.
• Build rapport and create a great first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in our systems.
• Communicate appointment details with Sales and Comfort Advisors.
• Work with Customer Service, Dispatch, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Work toward individual and team goals for appointment booking, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

HVAC experience is not required. We'll provide paid training on the industry, our systems, and our process.
