In this role, you’ll primarily support a single client in a daycare setting through full-time, Monday–Friday services. This is a unique opportunity to provide consistent, high-impact 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured environment.

 
You’ll work directly with children through individualized ABA therapy, helping develop essential life, communication, and social skills, while benefiting from a reliable full-time schedule, hands-on training, and clear career growth opportunities.

Pay : $19 - $24 / hour 

Schedule :

• Guaranteed full-time hours
• Monday – Friday, approximately 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Scheduled mid-day lunch break
• Consistent weekly schedule
• This is an in-person daycare-based position in the St. Louis County area

*Benefits available for Full-Time employees after 90 days and maintaining an average of 30 hours / week.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an daycare setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Submit session notes and documentation as required
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
• Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
• Travel between session locations as needed

Latitude-BT-Daycare-St. Louis County Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
• Prior ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• Must be able to pass background checks
• Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities  
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
