TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Detroit, Michigan, 48202!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and one Saturday every month Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health RN experience License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS certification Must-Have: - Current RN license - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Description: Under general supervision of the nursing supervisor, utilizes the knowledge and application of nursing principles to provide direct patient care in the home. Assesses the need for other allied health care services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, speech pathology, and social work, to ensure an integrated home health care delivery system. Performs other related duties as required. Candidates will support the Home Health department with the patient load. They should anticipate a caseload of approximately six patient visits per day with an average of 40-60 miles driven per day. Required skills include effective communication, clinical nursing, interpersonal skills, customer service, and the ability to lift, carry, transport, and move clients if needed. Preferred experience includes acute care.
