Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Richmond, VA .

Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Pay Range: $60.00 to $66.00/hour*
Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable) : $0.50/ mile
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop/update individualized Plans of Care (POC).
• Provide treatment for neurological, orthopedic, and neuromuscular conditions in the home setting.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, transfer techniques, assistive devices, home safety, and therapeutic exercises.
• Complete timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and care coordination activities while collaborating with physicians and care teams.

Requirements: 
✅ Active State Physical Therapist (PT) License
✅ Current CPR Certification
✅ Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation & Insurance
✅ 1-2 years of PT experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or related settings
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
