We provide consistent hours based on case stability with the option to take on fill-in cases as needed. Available shifts: Monday thru Friday 7a-3p (could change slightly) 7 nights/week 11p-7a (flexible) What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care. Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
