Flatbed CDL A Driver, Regional Route

Overview System Transport is hiring recent CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Transport freight—including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals—across regional and OTR routes. Maintain a safe driving record, comply with all safety protocols, and lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform during orientation. Adhere to flatbed loading procedures, handling up to 70% of loads. Operate new, well‑maintained flatbed trucks equipped with advanced safety features. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. 21 years of age or older. 4+ months of driving experience required; recent CDL‑grad programs provide training with no experience required. Safe driving record. No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years. Background check, clean drug test, and clean clearinghouse results required. Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice. Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience. Financial Package Weekly pay ranges from $1,054.82 to $1,949.36, translating to annual pay between $54,850.64 and $101,366.72. Pay varies by experience, routes (regional or OTR), regular attendance, and length of service. Additional compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border‑crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay. A $1,800 transition package is available, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
