Compensation & Incentives A LEVEL TECHNICIANS: Annual Pay Rate $132,000 up to $180,000+ $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FORD CERTIFIED A LEVEL DIESEL TECHS! EXTRA PAY on Specialty Work & Warranty Work Tenure, Christmas & Vacation Incentive Pay Relocation Allowance, Referral Bonuses and more! B LEVEL TECHNICIANS: Annual Pay Rate $79,600 up to $148,000+ $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FORD CERTIFIED B LEVEL DIESEL TECHS! EXTRA PAY on Specialty Work & Warranty Work Tenure, Christmas & Vacation Incentive Pay, and where eligible: Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Referral Bonuses and more! C LEVEL TECHNICIANS: Annual Pay Rate $40,560 up to $109,200+ Tenure & Christmas Incentive Pay Referral Bonuses & more!
