What You'll Do As a Utility Ground Hand Laborer, you will be responsible for: Assisting crews with utility and construction projects. Supporting equipment operators and field teams on active job sites. Loading, unloading, and moving tools, materials, and equipment. Assisting with digging, trenching, and site preparation. Performing traffic control support and maintaining safe work zones. Cleaning and organizing job sites to maintain safety and efficiency. Assisting with utility locating and spotting for heavy equipment. Following all safety procedures and practices. Supporting additional labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous construction, utility, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Flexible availability, including weekends and varying shifts. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Dedication to safety, productivity, and quality work.
